Our research labs are an integral part of our service offering. Our attention to detail is key to our lab design and execution. Our creative, flexible, and reliable labs support researchers as they work to answer our clients’ research questions.

As a Lab Associate at Bold Insight, you will work with an incredibly collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team. You will contact our project participants in advance of research studies to ensure they have the technology necessary to participate. You will assist with research logistics tasks as needed. You will support participants with minor IT challenges, ensuring they have all the tools they need, and generally help the Bold Insight team deliver a seamless project experience.

This position is part-time (5-10 hours per week) and requires a flexible schedule (days, evenings, and/or weekends).

Skills

Qualified candidates will be competent in the following areas, or will be committed to developing competence depending on experience level:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Familiar with basic computer troubleshooting, including audio and video issues
  • Organized
  • Ability to think on the fly
  • Exceptional time management
  • Detail-oriented
  • Very patient, as you may assist participants who are not familiar with video conferencing tools
  • Reliable and strong internet connection

Experience

Customer Service (1-2 years)
