We strive to give back to the community by actively participating in the advancement of our field and to support noble causes, all with an eye towards improving the way in which humans interact with products and services around the world.
UX and HF industry focused
We aim to advance our industry to continue to improve the way in which humans interact with products. Besides giving our time to industry organizations, we also seek to spark the passion for UX and HF in kids of all ages! Whether through our children’s book about UX or volunteering at school career days, we hope our excitement about our field is contagious!
Employee focused
Our team’s passions are vast and we try to support them all, but there are only so many hours in the day! That’s why every full-time employee receives four paid hours per year to use volunteering for their favorite cause. This is just one more way Bold Insight can help make a difference.

DePaul University Summer Grant Program: Bridging AI & UX
Bold Insight worked with DePaul College of Computing and Digital Media (CDM) to establish a program that provided funds, guidance, and showcase opportunities for projects that bridge the artificial intelligence (AI) and UX fields. Student teams were asked to imagine, develop, and deploy cutting-edge projects that incorporate AI and have a positive cultural or social impact in our communities, while building positive awareness around AI as an interdisciplinary tool for use in building a better world.
