We seek UX and human factors researchers who can run or support studies in regulated settings. Our resourcing team matches your skills to the right role so you can do your best work and exceed client expectations. Ideal experience includes exploratory, formative, or validation research; simulated use and usability testing; interviews and surveys; heuristic reviews, journey mapping, and analysis.
How it works
- Apply online: submit your CV, methods, sectors, languages, and availability via our online application.
- Meet the team: our HR team schedules a short interview to confirm fit.
- Contractor setup: sign a general contractor agreement and vendor forms.
- Project match: when a study fits your skills and calendar, we confirm availability.
- Statement of work (SOW): we issue an SOW that sets timelines, duties, rates, location, and deliverables.
- Tech and quality onboarding: access to tools, security brief, and study templates.
- Project execution: collaborate in our shared workspace, communicate in Teams or Slack, deliver on the plan, and invoice per the SOW.
What to expect on projects
- Clear briefs: objectives, methods, roles, schedules, locations, and data handling.
- Right-sized involvement: moderate sessions, analyze data, or support reporting based on the SOW.
- Quality and compliance: consent, privacy, and documentation aligned with client and regulatory expectations.
- Fast feedback: daily check-ins during fieldwork, quick reviews during synthesis, and timely approvals for invoicing.

- Senior researchers with over 6 years of professional experience.
- Strategic thinking, strong analysis, and clear writing.
- Reliable communication and follow-through.
- Nice to have: professional consulting experience, accessibility expertise, multilingual skills, data visualization, or clinical background.
Specific to healthcare-related HF and UX experts:
- Experience with formative and validation research in healthcare.
- Confident moderation with patients, caregivers, and clinicians.
