Workplace environment
Adjustable standing desks, jaw-dropping views, a full kitchen, lots of collaboration space, bright colors, fitness facilities, great locations, and office dogs. We designed our offices in 2019 to encourage lots of impromptu hangouts, spark lively discussions and creativity, and meet our high-tech needs. We wanted to create an environment that matched our award-winning Bold Culture! We know it’s not common to come into an office anymore (our team primarily works from home), but when you do, we promise you will love it!
Fieldwork
We have a generous work-from-home policy, with offices and research labs in Chicago (Loop), Downers Grove (Chicago suburb), and London (UK). You will work from home most days, but in-person testing is core to our work, so you may be scheduled on-site to support fieldwork (including remote testing) or project prep. We match projects to your skillset, location, and availability, and we provide clear schedules and support for on-site days.
Fieldwork takes us around the country and occasionally around the globe to gather data. Our full-time team commits to roughly 40% annual travel. If travel is required for contractors, details are outlined in the contract prior to signing.
Remote work
Approximately 40% of our team is remote throughout the US. While we prioritize hiring in the Chicagoland area to support our in-person fieldwork more seamlessly, we are open to remote employees for the right candidates.
