A Client Services Associate at Bold Insight will be responsible for supporting our teams while they are conducting research in our new facilities in Downers Grove (IL) and Chicago (IL). While researchers moderate sessions and conduct fieldwork, you will ensure that our research labs run smoothly, the facilities are well-supplied and clean, and participants and clients are made to feel at home with Bold Insight’s amenities.The Client Services Associate will manage communication via phone and email with participants including sending reminders, managing paperwork, providing directions to and within facilities, ensuring proper check-in/check-out, and compensating study participants.

You will also support client communication to ensure all needs are met and expectations are exceeded while they are visiting our facilities. You may also coordinate travel accommodations to/from the facility if necessary, providing local recommendations for amenities (food, entertainment, etc.), and be proactive about client needs, preferences, supplies, and requests.

A successful Client Services Associate will stay in constant communication with project leads to ensure research sessions are conducted smoothly, manage research facilities inventory (stocking refreshments, food, office supplies, etc), and resupply wherever necessary, tidying up common areas, ensuring study rooms are properly equipped prior to project team’s arrival, manage catering orders, as well as, secure packages shipped to the facility for studies to ensure they are safely handed off to the appropriate personnel.

This is a contract position with shift hours, approximately 30 hours per week.

Skills

Qualified candidates will be competent in the following areas:

  • Excellent customer service, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong detail-oriented organizational skills with good time management
  • Be able to think on the fly to come up with creative solutions
  • Competency in Office 365 and Google product suite a plus
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong sense of hospitality
  • Flexible availability Monday-Friday

Experience & Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Customer Service (1-2 years’ experience)
  • Experience working in UX or market research industry a plus
  • Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle
